Rebecca is one of the world’s top war photographers. On assignment while photographing a female suicide bomber group, she gets too near and is badly hurt in an explosion. Back home, another bomb drops. Her husband and daughters can no longer bear the thought of her dying on assignment in some far away land. She is given an ultimatum: choose between your work or your family. The choice seems obvious… This film was inspired by the director’s own experiences as a war photographer in the 1980s.

  1. Being an aid worker where you are doing so much good for others!

I’d say working as an undercover cop would take an incredible emotional toll upon the family. The cop would be away from his family for much time, leading to a yearning to reconcile, which in turn would endanger the ones he loved most. It is a predicament that would keep the courageous cop at odds with two moral codes – dedication to justice and dedication to family. I am at odds as to how they do it.
