Synopsis:
From the director of The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and writers of Death at a Funeral, A FEW BEST MEN features a stellar cast including; Xavier Samuel (Twilight: Eclipse), Kris Marshall(Death at a Funeral, Love Actually), Kevin Bishop (The Kevin Bishop Show, Spanish Apartment), Tim Draxl (Swimming Upstream, Tangle 2), Rebel Wilson (Bridesmaids, The Wedge), and Olivia Newton-John as the mother of the bride.
When English lad David (Xavier Samuel) announces he is getting married to an Australian, his hapless mates give a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘for better or worse’! The chaos-filled wedding day tests their new marriage, challenges David’s relationships with his three best men, and risks turning what should be the best day of their lives into the worst. A FEW BEST MEN is a hilarious culture clash between his friends and her family – because blood is thicker than water, and so are David’s mates!

take him far away so he cant make the wedding and make the biggest mistake of his life
Being female, I’m unlikely to ever participate in a buck’s night, but on behalf of all brides to be, I’d recommend the lads go out for a night of poetry reading, knitting, some heavy duty tea drinking! Of course the groom should be in bed by 8:30pm so he is fresh as a daisy for his wedding – no strippers or drugs and alcohol!!!
Read a good book and go to bed early! You don’t want to end up naked, handcuffed to a light post outside a police station with a dead hooker next to you.
Get wasted
I’ve been best man at 8 weddings (so far), thus, I am greatly experienced in these matters! If you can remember the bucks night then it was probably pretty mediocre. Actually, the best times we ever had were “bucks week” camping trips!
Find an empty field and bust some myths like mythbusters. What could go wrong?
ok being a woman I wouldnt do this myself but have been told this particular story!! Wait until the Groom passes out, paint his willy with blue dye.. the poor bugger my mate did this to, woke up the next morning and thought he had something wrong with him.. he freaked for the whole week leading up to the wedding! Doctors, emergency depts.. Been many years and he still cops crap lol
It dosn’t always have to be about booze & strippers. Go to the football, have a game of laser tag, bare foot bowls. Any of these choices will keep you in the good books with the bride. Always an important decision.
FOr me the best thing / idea would be to get a selection of the best things you can do in say an hour, put them all in a box and keep drawing ideas out one at a time. Add a bus + driver and it’s a random day of unknown adventures.
Not be able to remember it.
The best thing to do on a buck’s party is to go for the swingers – gold, that is, followed by a trip to the surf then capping it off with a night at the casino, Vegas-style.
Do nothing but… make him wait in fear… make him squirm…make him sweat… make him nervous what’s “about to happen”
The best thing to do on a bucks night would be to remind your fiancé you love her! This step is crucial
To your pending marriage before your night out!
I personally have never been on a buck’s night but have seen many from a distance…
Enjoy the company of great friends before you say good bye to independent freedom.. Drink, party, skirmish, and then wake up and remember nothing!! And what goes on tour, stays on tour – remember that one!
Night golf.
dont show up
Give him only a sheet to wear, blindfold him and leave him somewhere obscure with only 20c to get himself home!
